If given the opportunity to show my competence as a data analyst and programme associate, first of all, I should be able to know the average impact of the policy framework to identify for whom and where, and in ways a particular programme or policy has be successful. What constitute “success” and how the data will be analyzed. The data collection will be geared towards the mix of evidence needed to make judgment about the programme or policy.
