LAUNCHED FRIDAY 29 MAY, 2020
Fighting corruption begins with what we teach our children. A simple but powerful belief, which has been the driving force behind Step Up Nigeria’s ‘Catch Them Young’ Initiative‘. Our initiative has gone from strength to strength. As a result of this success, we are delighted that Emeka’s Money – a short animated film about corruption, is now available to watch on Step Up TV. We are grateful for support from the MacArthur Foundation and an excellent partnership with Basement Animation in Lagos.
Step Up Nigeria launched Emeka’s Money – the short animated film with an accompanying song “We must do better”. Written by Angelo Anosike, composed by Rodney Abia, and performed by Oluwaseyi Fajimi with Esther Odogu.
Find out more about Emeka’s Money the book and where you can get a copy. Also make sure you subscribe to Step Up TV and follow Step Up Nigeria on twitter to get the latest updates on the launch. We will leave you with two videos. First, an interview with the author of Emeka’s Money, Onyinye Ough and the founder of Basement Animation Studio. Second, an interview with the cast and crew of Emeka’s Money.
