Oluwaferanmi Iyanda
Feranmi Iyanda is the Director Programmes at Step Up Nigeria. She is a development professional with specific expertise in anti-corruption education, communications and government relations. She is the coordinator of Step Up Nigeria’s Catch Them Young Initiative and the annual Anti-Corruption Star Awards. Feranmi is currently the West African Youth Anti-Corruption Ambassador.
Gina Anthony Essien
Gina Anthony Essien is the Programme Manager at Step Up Nigeria, where she leads programme implementation and provides strategic support to the Programme Director and wider team. In this role, she contributes to business development, oversees key programme activities, and ensures effective coordination across teams to deliver high-quality results. She also manages stakeholder relationships and brings strong experience in community engagement, client relationship management, and administrative and operational management, which she leverages to enhance programme quality and overall organisational impact.
Iyua Hannah Gbamwuan
Iyua Hannah Gbamwuan is the Finance and Admin Team Lead at Step Up Nigeria. Hannah is a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for continuous learning and personal growth, inspired by the desire to contribute to positive change and development. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is an avid learner, constantly seeking new knowledge and challenges to broaden her horizons. Her drive to make a difference, combined with a positive and adaptable mindset, makes her a valuable addition. In her free time, she enjoys staying physically active through various sports and exploring outlets like reading and interacting with people.
Alhamdu Saidu
Alhamdu Saidu is an Admin and Logistics Associate at Step Up Nigeria. He is an experienced professional in administrative duties, human resources, and provides support to the team.
Shekwogaza Ibrahim Kure
Shekwogaza Ibrahim Kure is the Communications Manager at Step Up Nigeria. He is an experienced advocator, cinematographer, event organizer and provides collaborative support to the team.
He is a Veterinary Surgeon from Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University Makurdi – Nigeria.
Judith Wobin
Judith Wobin serves as a Programme Assistant at Step Up Nigeria, where she offers support to the team and maintains the office.
Joshua Odidi
Joshua Odidi is a media enthusiast, passionate about social change. As a Senior Communications Associate, Joshua plays an important role in recording podcasts, copywriting, curating stories and creating graphical content aimed at contributing to the fight against corruption. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the prestigious University of Jos and is a Fellow of Search for Common Ground (SFCG). His academic background is well carried out in this role at Step Up Nigeria, where he believes in holding public officers accountable, while also requesting for better service delivery in Nigeria.

Elizabeth Awonusi
Elizabeth Awonusi is a Programme Associate at Step Up Nigeria, where she provides support for projects implementation and other administrative tasks. She loves relating with children and influencing them positively to maximize their potentials. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Soil Science, enjoys listening to music and trying out crafts.
